A residential school survivor is this year’s winner of the Dryden Working Circle’s Leonard Sky Building Bridges Award.
Roy Napish Senior is recognized for assisting others while passing on teachers and traditions to others.
Napish is an Indigenous Studies Instructor at Confederation College in Dryden.
The Building Bridges Award is awarded annually to someone who demonstrates leadership in enhancing diversity, respect, equality and humility.
