Smile Cookies helps children’s charities in Kenora and Dryden

A major fundraiser begins this week for children charities.

Tim Horton’s is launching it’s Smile Cookie Campaign.

Barry Reynard from Triple Play in Kenora says 100 percent of the sale of the cookies goes into their coffers.

“They’ve gone back to the original cookie, so they’re supposed to be bigger, and the price is $2,” explains Reynard.

“But reminding that all of the proceeds from every cookie, the $2 is going back to Triple Play and we’ve done very well raising that money.”

In Dryden, Smile Cookie sales will go towards Making Connections for Children and the Youth and Adult Teen Challenge.
