Tazio Mastromatteo wins 2 golds at OFSAA swimming

A pair of gold medals for a St. Thomas Aquinas High School student at the All-Ontario swimming championships in Windsor.

Tazio Mastromatteo placed first in the boys 100-meter breaststroke on Tuesday.

He was over 3 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher and just .03 seconds off the OSFAA record.

Mastromatteo also won gold in the100-meter individual medley today setting an OFSAA record in the process.

He finished in a time of 56.32 seconds, shaving 0.35 seconds off the previous record.
