If you’re a big fan of the 1950s, The Vibrelics are planning to bring that vibe right to you tomorrow, May 7.
“We’re going to take an odyssey tour of all your favourite hits from the 50s and hopefully stir up some memories and good times,” Says Laura Cotton, a member of The Vibrelics.
At this event, you can expect to see Laura Cotton, Darcy Ura, Jason Bowes, Lorry Alcock, Mark Labelle, Jackson Klippenstein, and more. You also can’t forget about Ken O’Neil, who will be hosting. The group will be performing at the Knox United Church (116 5th Ave S.) starting at 7 p.m.
Laura Cotton and Darcy Ura are encouraging people to dress up in their ’50s gear, whether that be polka dots or leather jackets.
“We want people to get into character with us and hopefully get up on the dance floor a little bit,” says Cotton.
If you’re interested, make sure to buy your tickets online through lowc.ca. Don’t forget to check out The Vibrelics’ socials on both Facebook and Instagram, or their website at vibrelics.com!
