There will be an election for mayor in the Township of Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls this year.
Councillor Doug Brothwell and incumbent Gail Black have both filed nomination papers for the position.
There are also four positions available for the town council there.
Both the two at large positions and ward 1 and ward 2 have people that are running.
Steve Salvador and Mike Gate are both seeking the At-Large seats, while Holly Chant has signed up for council in Ward 2 and Matt Rydberg is going after councillor again in Ward 1.
