Following recent rainfall and changing fire conditions, the Upsala Fire Department says it is no longer advising residents against returning home.
“While I am not telling you you should return home, I am no longer suggesting you shouldn’t,” wrote Doug Kiezebrink, Chief of the Upsala Fire Department. “The fire still lies to the south like a sleeping dragon. If you do come home please sleep with an eye open.”
