An important milestone for a Kenora area Indigenous health agency.
Waasegiizhig Nanaandawe’iyewigamig (WNHAC) has achieved accreditation.
The Canadian Center for Accreditation was responsible for the review.
In the end, they gave the agency a four year accreditation.
The review team said it was impressed by WNHAC’s strength-based, person-centered approach to client assessment and care planning.
