Background work on a new hospital for Kenora is continuing.
The most recent development is the creation of a Campus of Care Master Site Plan.
The plan not only details where the buildings will be located, but also any future development.
The 126-acre lot will be home to Wiigwas Elder and Senior Care, but also the All Nations Hospital.
The site plan also lays out the location of a road, an infrastructure corridor, and docks.
The next local stage of development is working with the City of Kenora on a subdivision process, planning approvals, advanced infrastructure planning and other site planning.
