Matiowski Farmers’ Market
Another day of the Matiowski Farmers’ Market is here!
It runs every Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. under the Jarnel Contracting Pavilion. Even if you miss it today, you’ve got plenty of chances to check it out.
Each year, local and regional vendors sell fresh produce, baked goods, handmade goods, art, textiles, meats and more.
It’s one of the highlights of Kenora during the summer, so check it out when you can!
Drive 4 Your Community
Have you been thinking about buying your next new car? Well, this Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can test drive a top-of-the-line Ford at the Dingwall Ford Kenora, and $30 will be donated to the Kenora and Lake of the Woods Regional Community Foundation.
If you’re feeling a little hungry while you’re there, they’ll also be hosting a charity BBQ from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The 10K Coffee Run
Looking for a challenge this weekend? The Rabbit Lake Run Club is hosting its Coffee Run, bright and early at 8 a.m.
The club will start a five-kilometre run from Garrow Park to Iron and Clay, take a short break, then continue the last half back to Garrow Park Beach for a total of 10 kilometres.
If you’re looking to try something new and meet new people, this might be your time to shine!
